At W Management Group, our journey into hospitality didn't begin with a business plan—it began as guests. For nearly a decade, we traveled regularly with the same close-knit group of friends, exploring new destinations and creating lasting memories together. Along the way, we stayed in countless vacation rentals and experienced firsthand what separates an ordinary stay from an exceptional one. The homes we remembered most weren't necessarily the largest or most luxurious. They were the ones where every detail felt intentional, communication was effortless, and hospitality was genuine. That experience planted a seed.

Built by hosts, run by hosts.

Learning the business

In 2021, we partnered with two other couples and launched our first vacation rental business. What started with a single property quickly expanded into a portfolio of five properties.

Like many successful businesses, our education came through experience. We handled guest communication, coordinated cleaning teams, optimized pricing, built listings, solved unexpected challenges, and learned what it truly takes to create memorable guest experiences. Over four years, we refined our systems, sharpened our operational expertise, and developed a deep understanding of both the hospitality business and the needs of property owners.

The owner's perspective

One of the most meaningful chapters of our journey was operating our own vacation rental in Oceanside, California. We personally managed every aspect of the business, from marketing and revenue management to guest experience and property operations. Through that experience, we gained something many property managers never do: the perspective of an owner.

We understand the excitement of watching a property succeed. We understand the challenges of maintaining quality while maximizing revenue. We understand the importance of protecting an investment because we've lived it ourselves.

A new chapter in Georgia

After relocating to Georgia in 2025, we launched W Management Group with a simple mission: to help property owners achieve exceptional results without sacrificing the guest experience that drives long-term success.

Today, we provide co-hosting, revenue management, property marketing, listing optimization, professional photography, and hospitality management services designed to help owners unlock the full potential of their short-term rentals.
